Business Development Manager

  • Profile:
  • Dynamic and hands-on, with a B.Tech (preferably with MBA) and minimum 5 years of successful Sales experience in products and services in IT and Industrial hardware. Candidate should have good understanding of hardware and software system components in industrial automation and Solar PV systems. Should have good communication skills to present the benefits and convince decision makers. Should be passionate about energy domain and excel in young company atmosphere.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
